SIGA Curated Travel Packages

Specifications:
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of 12 (twelve) Curated Travel Packages. The vendor will work directly with SIGA prize winners to assist them in designing and arranging a personalized dream vacation package based on winners travel preferences and the value of the prize package. All travel packages and related documentation are to be coordinated and provided through the SIGA Central Office in Saskatoon, at the location listed below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
Travel Packages:
1.
Travel packages must not expire.
2.
Provide details of the specifications on the travel packages, including any restrictions.
3.
Travel packages must be in Canadian Dollars.
4.
Travel packages must be transferrable.
5.
Travel packages should include:
a.
worldwide destination options
b.
accommodate a variety of winner preferences and interests.
c.
include a dedicated travel agent to support each prize winner.
d.
winners should have the opportunity to provide input, review, and approve their travel arrangements prior to finalizing and booking.
e.
the vendor must also have a plan and process in place to assist winners in the event of travel disruptions, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
f.
accommodate changes to travel arrangements.
g.
accommodate diverse types of travel, including but not limited to:
i.
Family vacations
ii.
Couples’ trips
iii.
Cruises
iv.
All-inclusive resorts
v.
Adventure travel and cultural experiences
Travel Agency:
6.
SIGA will only accept bids from qualified travel agencies that have a physical office in Saskatchewan.
7.
Travel agency must have experience providing customized and/or curated travel packages.
8.
The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid 30 days from the submission deadline date.
9.
The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information (if required).
SIGA:
10.
SIGA may award to one or more vendors.
11.
Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
12.
SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
