This is a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), for Design-Build, Construction and Commissioning services at Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition facilities within the United States. The purpose is to obtain industry questions, comments, and feedback on its contents prior to release of the Final RFP. The Government is not utilizing this document to negotiate or solicit proposals, and the issuance of this Draft RFP does not serve to bind the Government in any way. Portions of this Draft RFP are subject to change.
The U.S. Government is supportive of providing one-on-one sessions pertaining to this RFP. If companies wish to participate in a one-on-one session, please contact Harrison P.
