The project is generally described as a single story, approximately 4,998 sq. ft. structure with precast architectural concrete masonry exterior walls, pre-engineered wood truss roof framing system, and architectural grade shingle roof system. The facility will accommodate an approximately 2416 sq. ft. administrative office function to include staff offices, meeting room, restrooms, locker room, utility room and storage room. The structure shall also include two vehicle storage and maintenance bays approximately area 2582 sq. ft..
