SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Project consists of (1) replacing the existing stormwater infrastructure along Center Street between Arctic Avenue and the outfall in Folly River; (2) installing inlets and piping within the first block of intersecting streets along Center Street, specifically: E. Arctic Ave, E. Ashley Ave, E. Cooper Ave, E. Erie Ave, and E. Huron Ave; (3) installing green infrastructure solutions along Center Street, specifically: pervious paver parking spaces and bioretention cells; and (4) Re-establishing drainage connectivity along E. Erie Ave and the intersection of 8th Street E. The completion of this project will require installation within and repair of SCDOT maintained roads and rights-of-way.
