Joint Base Andrews Airshow Performers

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Joint Base Andrews, Maryland anticipates a requirement for performers during the Joint Base Andrew Air Show 2025.

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to acquire the following:

• 3 to 5 Individual performers and 3 to 5 team performers to perform aerobatic routines for the Joint Base Andrews Air Show. Performers must be able to perform aerobatic routines such as skydiving, flyovers, formation flights and aerobatics, demonstrations and military recreations.

• 3 to 5 Warbird Acts, military aircraft or likeness, that have been used in military conflict or is of historical military aviation significance to perform flyovers, aerobatic routines, formation flights, demonstrations and military recreations.

• Performers/Warbird Acts Performers must be available September 12th, 13th and 14th 2025.

• Each performer will not be expected to perform all listed acts, but a wide variety of performances is being sought.

Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference "Joint Base Andrews Airshow Performers" and shall include the following information in this format:

1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address.

2. Unique Entity ID, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. GSA contract number, if applicable.

3. Size of business – Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Hub-zone, Woman-owned and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned. A copy of SAM.GOV active registration reflecting Commercial and Government Entity, and Reps/Certs, if applicable.

4. Capability statement displaying the contractor’s ability to provide the products or services, to include past performance information. Capability statement should provide detailed explanation of aerobatic performance, type of aircraft and examples of past aerobatic performances through written description or photographs. Please provide any questions about any work described in this Sources Sought.
