This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with Learfield Interaction for advertising starting in October through end of June 2026 for fire conditions and burning permits. The MN DNR has deemed this a single source because of the demographic audience. No other company can act on behalf of Learfield and provide the advertising.
