Morris College (Sumter, SC) seeks proposals to replace its campus camera systems with a hybrid cloud video surveillance platform. Scope: ~16 cameras (multisensor, bullet, dome, fisheye), mounts, PoE, and 10-year licensing per the RFP bill of materials. Preference for a cloud-managed, single-pane platform with onboard storage, no NVRs/DVRs, edge analytics, and SOC 2 Type 2/NDAA compliance. LOA from manufacturer required.
