UP-521: Morrow Field House Bleacher Handrail Repair

Slippery Rock University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites
Contractors to download bid documents for this project.

Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the Mechanical Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 01 31 00, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.

Work included under this Project consists of scope defined on the accompanying drawing set and documentation, for the replacement of worn equipment and upgrades to parts of the SRU Morrow Field House Bleacher Railings system.

Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all Construction to the satisfaction of the University, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.

A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on October 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the Facilities & Planning Conference Room, 100 Building & Grounds Drive located in Slippery Rock, PA 16057.

Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on November 12, 2024, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.

The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint http://seller.ariba.com.
