SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS The University of South Carolina (University) seeks a qualified Contractor for a one-time purchase to provide powder coating services to the University-owned trash receptacles. Contractor must be within 50-mile radius of Columbia, SC. The blasting process shall produce a clean, uniform surface for subsequent pretreatment and coating operations.
