The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from one or more qualified firms to provide professional engineering and environmental services to assist the Henrico County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) with the design, permitting, bidding and construction administration phases for approximately 68,000 linear feet of new 42รข water main from Lydell Drive between East Parham Road and Woodman Road to 0.2 miles west of the intersection of Charles City Road and Klockner Drive in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation. Exhibit 1 shows the proposed water main alignment.
