The Illinois State Police has a need to solicit Forensic/Clinical Psychology consultation services on an as-needed basis to provide assistance in the program development, case review consultation and case management to assist with the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) team. The agency is requesting the individual be available to the ISP within 48-72 hours for virtual (WebEx/Teams) consultation with the ISP BTAM Team. The services will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team reviewing behavioral evidence and providing context of that evidence to the ISP BTAM Team. The quantity hours listed below are estimated and are not guaranteed service hours. This would be a one (1) year contract. SEE THE BID SPECIFICATIONS FOR LIST OF REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES. This consultant WILL NOT meet with or provide any clinical diagnosis of subjects.
