NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will receive sealed bids for UAPB Bid #P224 until 11:00 A.M. CST on Wednesday, August 20, 2026, for Protective Security Guard Services.

The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann 22-90-20, the State encourages all small and minority business enterprises to complete to win.
