NWARPC REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST – TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMMING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified firms to provide a cloud-based transportation programming and project management software platform to support the administration of regional transportation funding programs and the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Please review the full description of the request at www.nwarpc.org/public-notifications/ SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT’S: Submittals must be received no later than August 7, 2026 by 4:00 PM (CDT). Submittals should be emailed to smarpe@nwarpc.org with the subject line “LOI - Transportation Programming Platform”. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered. PROTEST PROCEDURE: Protestors may file a protest on any phase of solicitation or award, including but not limited to specification or award.
