The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to remove accumulated sediment and install a forebay and an aquatic bench on Ashburn Lake in the Ashburn Village Community (the Project). The Project will involve removing, hauling, and disposing of accumulated sediment from the pond, installing a forebay at the upstream end of the pond, removing one (1) island, installing an aquatic bench for public use. The Project will also include replacement of an existing asphalt trail, enhancement to the access road, restoring the site and implementing landscaping.
