This RFI aims to gather insights into the media agency landscape to evaluate the viability and structure of a potential multi-agency model. The Agency of Record (AOR) will manage our media buying and ensure brand consistency. The evolving media landscape, increasingly complex customer journeys, and channel proliferation have created fragmented operational landscapes that are challenging to navigate effectively. These conditions necessitate greater flexibility and specialized expertise that a multi-agency approach may better provide.
To adapt, we are exploring a multi-agency model that integrates specialized media partners to enhance paid channel efficacy. This approach will allow us to leverage niche expertise, emerging trends, and innovative strategies while maintaining a cohesive, collaborative framework. For this model to succeed, agency partners must demonstrate both the ability and commitment to seamless collaboration with ATB’s internal teams and other media agencies that partner with ATB.
This RFI is open to agencies with various structures, whether full-service or specialized, that can meet our needs.
