Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for:
TUPELO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
JOYNER ELEMENTARY RE-ROOF
Bids will be received by Tupelo Public School District, Office of the Director of Procurement Services,
445 N. Church Street, Tupelo, MS 38804, until 2:00 PM (CT) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and
thereby publicly opened and read. For questions, please contact:

Bid documents are being made available via digital and original paper copy. Plan holders are
required to register and order bid documents at http://www.tpsdbids.com. Bid documents are non-
refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a
valid email address for registration. Questions regarding website registration and online orders

A pre-bid conference will be held September 09, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Church Street Auditorium of
the Tupelo Public School District, 445 N. Church Street, Tupelo, MS.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. Tupelo
Public School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.
Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by bid bond
or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Tupelo Public School District,
Tupelo, Mississippi.
Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor's current Certificate of
Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number. Envelope containing bids must be sealed,
marked and addressed as follows:
