This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Facility Climate Feasibility Study, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The contractor shall provide all professional services, analysis and documentation necessary to complete a comprehensive climate adaptation and resilience assessment, along with proposed resilience upgrade measures for three of the City’s municipal facilities.
