The Southside Network Authority (SNA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Professional Infrastructure Services Firms (ISFs) for the planning of Fiber Optic Infrastructure projects. The Projects will be divided into two phases. Phase 1 will include an Asset Assessment, Needs Assessment, and Conceptual Design. If a stakeholder decides to move forward, Phase 2 may include High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and an Implementation Plan. The goal is to secure the services of one or more ISFs to perform many similar projects throughout the Hampton Roads region with multiple stakeholders.An optional pre-proposal conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on December 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
