SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CSP DOCUMENTS FOR DRAKES CREEK
MAINTENANCE COMPLEX SITE WORK REBID, CSP NUMBER 26-0015
This Addendum forms a part of the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) documents for
the project identified above. All remaining portions of the CSP documents not specifically
mentioned or otherwise revised by this Addendum remain in full force and effect.
The proposal documents are modified as set forth below:
1. The Proposal Due date is changed from May 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to
May 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CST).
2. The timelines for CSP evaluation and award have been extended. Accordingly,
the following changes are made to the CSP Document:
* On page 3, EXPECTATIONS - PROJECT TIMELINE is replaced by the
following:

City Verify Contractor Required Information May 27, 2026 - May 29, 2026

* On page 4, CSP TIMELINE* is replaced by the following:

All questions must be received by May 11, 2026 no later than 4:00 p.m.
Addendum posted (if needed) May 12, 2026
Proposals due May 21, 2026 no later than 2:00 p.m.
CSP ranking period May 22, 2026 - May 25, 2026
Proposal Selection May 26, 2026
*Timeline is subject to change at the city's discretion

* On page 6, the following paragraph replaces the existing paragraph:
"All proposals must be received by the City of Hendersonville Finance
Department, no later than 2:00 p.m. (CST) on May 21, 2026. The project
name, "Drakes Creek Maintenance Complex Site Work Rebid, CSP #26-
0015", must be clearly identified on the submittal envelope or in the email
subject line. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered."
Acknowledgment
Receipt of this Addendum must be acknowledged by completing the Addendum
Acknowledgment Form attached below. Failure to return the acknowledgment with the
proposal submission may render the submission nonresponsive.
