Description
This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the construction of the 112 Avenue over Wayne Gretzky Drive (B139) Bridge rehabilitation and repair.
The Work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Mobilization and demobilization
Traffic and pedestrian accommodation and staging
Work Site management including temporary construction facilities, security, and protection of existing Utilities
Temporary shoring
Sidewalk removal
Median removal
Bridge rail removal
Surface removal
Partial and full depth concrete repair
Shear key repairs
Bearing pad replacement
Bearing refurbishment
Concrete crack repair
Deck joint replacement - Type 1 strip seal
Galvanic corrosion protection
Deck surface preparation
Deck concrete overlay - class HPC with Steel Fibres
Concrete cleaning, surface finish, and sealing
New sidewalk and SUP
New curbs and barriers
Street light replacement
New utility ducts
Concrete slope protection repairs
Miscellaneous repairs
Approach road median modifications
Approach road transition paving
Approach road curb and gutter and sidewalk work
Work Site cleanup
Warranty and maintenance
Final inspection and Contract closeout
