WOODLOT LICENCE REPLACEMENT OFFER FOR W0386
Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Thompson Rivers Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement woodlot licence:
Woodlot Licence: W0386
Licence Holder: R. Devick & Sons Cattle Co. Ltd.
Location: Heffley Lake
Commencement Date: April 28, 2026
The replacement woodlot licence, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 15 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the woodlot licence it replaces.
