Review Of Milford Police Department Hiring and Promotional Processes and Policies

The Town of Milford Select Board invites Request for Proposals from qualified bidders to provide for the Review of Milford Police Department Hiring and Promotional Processes and Policies as set forth in the Request for Proposals specifications.

Bids are subject to M.G.L c.30 s6 .

The proposal  should be in an envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the Proposer, addressed to the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. The proposal  must be properly filled out, signed, sealed and endorsed: "Review Of Milford Police Department Hiring and Promotional Processes and Policies". The price proposal must be properly filled out, signed, sealed and endorsed: "Price Proposal".

The Bid documents will be available 10:00 am, July 27th, 2026, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am) and on the Town of Milford website . All bids are due by 2:00 pm, August 27th, 2026, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board's Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. Proposals shall be publicly opened and read by the Chief Procurement Officer at that time.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
