The Town of Ayer is accepting quotes for the replacement of the Wastewater Impeller and Volute at Central Ave Pump Station on Pump Number 2.
Copies of the RFQ package will be available beginning Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from the Town’s web site and will be available until the submission deadline. Quotes must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, Friday, October 16, 2026 to the Ayer DPW Water and Sewer Superintendent via email at

This project is being procured in accordance with MGL Chapter 30 39M, where an estimated contract amount is between $10,000 and $50,000 procurement can be obtained by a written scope-of-work statement to solicit written responses from no fewer than 3 persons who customarily perform such work. This RFQ shall constitute as the written scope-of-work statement and the written response shall be included on the Quote Form included as Section 00310.
