Oak Creek Tennis Center Addition

The City of Carrollton is currently accepting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from architectural/engineering teams interested in assisting the City in the renovation and expansion of the Oak Creek Tennis Center, located at 2531 Oak Creek Drive. The professional design contract will be for a comprehensive set of services, including but not limited to:

• Site planning
• Space programming
• Cost estimating
• Project scheduling
• Geotechnical
• Land surveying
• Professional design (architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, etc.)
• Value engineering
• Bidding phase, construction administration, and post-construction

The total project budget is $6,500,000 which includes all activities associated with design, construction, materials testing, IT/AV, FF&E, etc. required for the project. A design contract is anticipated to be executed in March 2025, with completion of the design phase in Fall 2025.
