Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The U.S. Consulate Fukuoka requires a contractor to perform painting services for the Consulate Office Building (COB) of the U.S. Consulate in Fukuoka, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.
The U.S. Government may award a Purchase Order based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract/Purchase Order will be firm fixed price.
The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Therefore, quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
