Description: Dutchess BOCES is soliciting sealed bids for Overhead Door Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacements. Services include annual inspections, preventive maintenance, as-needed repairs, and installation of new or replacement overhead door systems. Work will occur at Dutchess BOCES facilities and must comply with all applicable safety and labor regulations, including prevailing wage requirements where applicable. The contract term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions. Bidders must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor under ยง220(3-a).
