Project Description: The Floyd County Board of Commissioners is seeking to receive sealed bids from qualified concrete contractors, for the furnishing of all labor, tools, material, equipment, and other things necessary for the purpose of the Brushy Branch Boat Ramp Renovation as per the specifications. This is a re-bid due to the misunderstanding of previous specifications. Specifications have been clarified and a Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled.
A Mandatory pre-bid/site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on July16, 2026. The site address is Brushy Branch Park 7354 Blacks Bluff Rd. SW, Cave Spring, GA 30124. Those wishing to participate in this bid should be present or make arrangements to visit at a different time. Failure to view the site will result in your submission not being accepted.
