Construction of Water Well Mound & Integration for Two 8-inch Diameter Wells
The Town of Wadena is seeking qualified contractors to submit tenders for a two-phase project - constructing of water well mound and integrating water system for two 8-inch diameter wells.
Scope of Work:
Phase 1 – Construction of Water Well Mound System
Construct a raised clay and gravel cap mound for installation of well(s)
Ensure all work complies with applicable municipal, provincial, and environmental standards
Provide necessary permits, equipment, labor, and materials
Conduct proper site preparation and cleanup post-project
Phase 2 – Installation & Integration
To be completed once the well is drilled by an independent contractor
Tie the new wells into the existing well house infrastructure
Trench and connect new water line to existing infrastructure
Full system testing and commissioning
Contractor Qualifications:
Valid licenses and certifications required under Saskatchewan regulations
References from similar past work
Town of Wadena Business Licence purchased prior to start

Late submissions will not be accepted
The Town of Wadena reserves the right not to select the lowest tender
Detailed pricing for materials and labour
Ability to complete at least one well before November 1, 2025
