James City County Recreation Center Gymnasium Envelope Repair

James City County is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for repair work and enhancements of the gym envelope at the James City County Recreation Center (JCCRC), located at 5301 Longhill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The project involves the repair, removal and replacement of existing wall cladding to mitigate moisture infiltration, following the techniques outlined in the design drawings.

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment tools, and other appurtenances and /or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
