Leaf Transfer/Mulch Delivery Services

The City of Clayton is seeking a company or organization interested in and capable of transferring of leaves collected by the City of Clayton to an approved environmental recycling facility within the normal course of business annually. Contractual transferring of such collected leaves will be from the City of Clayton property located in Shaw Park on Shaw Park Drive. The successful company or organization shall also be capable of delivering multiple loads of processed leaf mulch to the City of Clayton Municipal Garage located at 8300 Shaw Park Drive and capable of scheduling, receiving payment and delivery of processed leaf mulch to the residents of the City of Clayton upon request. All labor and equipment used in the transferring of the collected leaves and delivery of such processed leaves shall be provided by the company or organization during the life of the contract.

Interested and qualified companies or organizations are invited to submit a Proposal for providing services for Leaf Transfer / Mulch Delivery Services.  The submittal should be organized in such a manner that would convey pertinent information.  Please use the link below to request the RFP documents using the link below.

In order to be considered a respondent’s proposal must be received by the City by 2:00 p.m. May 2, 2025.
