Refuse Removal and Recycling

The Contractor shall provide bins, dumpsters, roll-offs & removal service for non-medical municipal solid waste and recycling from multiple locations throughout the Greater Binghamton Health Center (GBHC) campus (main address: 425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY 13904).

Interested vendors are encouraged to review both the Contract Boilerplate and IFB documents. All bid submission requirements are detailed in the IFB document. This includes submitting the attached Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format.

NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates DO apply to this solicitation.

Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation have been set at the following: MBE - 16%, WBE - 14%.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.

All questions from potential bidders regarding the solicitation must be submitted per the instructions in the IFB by July 31, 2025 at 3:00 PM EST. Questions and answers will be compiled and sent to all potential bidders by August 7, 2025 at 3:00PM EST.

Bids are due no later than August 14, 2025 at 3:00PM.
