BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO COUNTY JUDGE EXECUTIVE, 200 WEST FOURTH STREET, P.O. BOX 365, RUSSELLVILLE, KENTUCKY, 42276; AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY 9:00 AM CST/10:00 A.M. EST ON MAY 26, 2026. THE FISCAL COURT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND MAY DETERMINE, BASED ON ALL CRITERIA THAT THE BEST BID MAY NOT BE THE LOWEST BID.
