Description:
The SUNY Office of Government Relations is seeking assistance from a real estate broker to understand the current office space landscape in Washington DC and procure a lease beginning in late February 2026.

Specific space requirements - We are seeking an office suite with space for SUNY System DC staff, as well as staff from at least two of our University Centers. The ideal suite would have 4 offices and a conference room and would be within walking distance to the US Capitol and the legislative office buildings.
