The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 2351103392, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract to Klein Marine Systems for repair and maintenance support in support of the Naval Oceanographic Office. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solicitation.
