Sealed proposals for a single prime General Construction Contract will be received from bidders by Pitt County, Attn: Mr. Ken Brann, Assistant County Engineer, Developmental Service Building, 1717 West 5th street, Greenville NC 27834, up to 2:00 pm, Thursday June 11, 2026 in the Engineering Conference Room and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, materials and all services for the construction of:

EASTERN PINES ROAD
GREENVILLE, NC 27834
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting; A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday May 26th at 10am at the Lake Glenwood dam located on Eastern Pines road in Greenville NC. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid.

Proposals must be in the actual possession of the Engineering Department at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above. Late proposals shall not be considered.
PROPOSAL/SUBMITTAL FORMAT: One original should be submitted by mail or hand delivered. The material should be in sequence and related to the RFP. The sections of the submittal should be tabbed and clearly identifiable.
