Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Magnet Forensics Training

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Magnet Forensics, LLC in Atlanta, GA for training. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities and proprietary nature of the contractor.
