Master Services Agreement for Utility Management Consultant Services

The Seminole County Utilities Department is seeking the support of a Consultant for non-engineering utility operation management services. The Consultant shall function as an extension of
the Seminole County Utilities Department by providing qualified technical and professional support to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned under this Contract. This Consultant shall
perform responsible, professional analysis in support of the operations and maintenance of water, wastewater, and recycled water system facilities; plan, manage, and implement administrative as
well as operational system improvement projects, evaluations, and special studies. They will participate in the development of work plans for the formulation of policies and procedures
involving the Utility as well as contribute to fiscal and overall management assistance to the Department.
