25ITN-11MDV General Contractors The University of West Florida is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to solicit competitive proposals from highly qualified, licensed, and experienced General Contractors to provide professional construction services for minor projects, renovations, and campus improvements. The primary intent of this ITN is to establish a pool of pre-qualified General Contractors to perform as-needed services under a Master Agreement.
