NOTICE TO BIDDERS

State University of New York at Oswego will receive electronic secured bids via the e-builder platform for Project No. 100311 Titled: Marano Campus Center Bathroom Renovation until 2:00PM local time on Friday September 26, 2025 at 2:00pm

Proposals are to be submitted electronically via e-builder (https://gateway.app.e-builder.net/app/bidders/landing?accountid=c1007a87-19e9-483f-98b2-599731ba4506&projectid=8564be0f-d669-49cd-b6e2-ec92055bfb67&bidpackageid=49238ea0-f427-45f0-87e8-540359059da9 ) . Proposals will be opened and read aloud via a conference call, with the bid results to be posted online thereafter. The original bid package is to be mailed to SUNY Oswego, Purchasing Department, 402 Culkin Hall, Oswego, NY 13126. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 55 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work:

Conversion of an existing women's restroom (Rm 237A) into a multi-stall all-gender restroom and an existing men's restroom (Rm 238A) into a lactation room in the Marano Campus Center. Facilities will change the door hardware to the existing lactation room (Rm 235) to convert it back to a storage room.

Prior to submitting a bid vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor

Vendors must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made.

A walkthrough been scheduled for Wednesday September 10, 2025 at 10:00am to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the preparation of the bid for the same. Interested parties should meet at the West Entrance to Marano Campus Center.

Contractors should submit all questions no later than five (5) business days after the virtual Q&A. All questions are to be submitted in writing and can be e-mailed to Richard Merritt at richard.merritt@oswego.edu .

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents, deposits less than $50.00 are non?refundable Accordingly, a non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $40.00 for Documents, made payable to Plan and Print Systems is required. Requestors are responsible for shipping charges. All plan holders who receive the Contract Documents from Plan and Print Systems will receive Addenda notification by e-mail.

Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women?owned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The Campus MWBE Goals are 17% Minority and 13% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%.
