Summary Purpose of Solicitation: Lawn Care Maintenance Annual Agreement for FY 2025 (period of award - 09/30/2025) for the following lab: Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences - Mobile Laboratory 1 Forensic Drive Mobile, AL 36617 Billing must be monthly. This service is for the period of award to September 30, 2025. Visit every 2 weeks (Dec-Feb 1 cut, Mar-Nov 2 cut) to include Cutting, Edging, Weedeating, Blowing Off, Spray for weeds along parking lot, sidewalks, and curbs. Trim trees and clean fence row off back of parking lot (twice a year). Weed control and fertilization of turf estimated 7 applications, to include ant control.
