Description: State University of New York (SUNY Farmingdale) is seeking qualifications from design firm/team for a Term Consulting Agreements. Term Agreements can be used when a campus has many small projects with similar scopes of work. Term Agreements involve the selection of a single firm that the campus can select directly from the pre-awarded Contract to accomplish small project consultant related services without a separate RFQ and award process each time. The term of the contract will be three years. Farmingdale will award one term consultant for the consulting services of this project. The selection of term consultant will be a qualifications-based selection relative to the listing of anticipated design projects provided with the RFQ. The qualifications basis for the selected firms is outlined in Section 2.1 of the RFQ. The maximum cumulative value of each term agreement (combined fees for each consultant during the term) will be $3,500,000. 00. The maximum single project consultant fee will be limited to $500,000.00 for the basic scope of services on a given project assignment.
