Description:

The New York State Bridge Authority is currently seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide network analysis, remediation, and recommendations for our network infrastructure that interconnects the Authority’s five (5) bridges (Bear Mountain, Newburgh-Beacon, Mid-Hudson, Kingston-Rhinecliff, Rip Van Winkle) and the Authority’s Headquarters complex in Highland, NY.

Anticipated services would include, but not limited to –

Mapping network devices/resources (excluding end-points) and updating documentation
Analyzing various aspects such as our IP address scheme, DHCP, network segmentation (physical/VLAN), utilization, firewall placements and filtering rules
Ingress/Egress Internet connectivity and analyzing traffic
Reviewing continuity and failover design and implementation
Remediating identified/discovered network-related issues
