Cardiologist Services at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a One (1) year contract to procure Cardiologist Services for the Kingsboro Psychiatric Center located at: 681 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203-2199. Details are specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Scope of Work attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Request for Quote (RFQ), Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Thursday, September 25, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

Quote Submission Due Date is Thursday, October 9, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
