Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for Kennett Board of Public Works, will receive bids for trade packages for the Solid Waste Transfer Station, located in Kennett, MO.
Sealed bids will be received at the Construction Manager’s office (Ramsons, Inc./3111 Dan Ave/Jonesboro, AR) until 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 27th, and shall be submitted to Ramsons in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids will be received, opened publicly, read aloud and then placed under review. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Ramsons, Inc. and the Kennet Board of Public Works encourage all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
