Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit proposals, through a competitive process, for the purchase of three (3) 500 Horsepower (HP), 6-pulse Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), in enclosures, from authorized distributors. These units will replace existing VFD’s that have reached the end of their useful life and need to be replaced. EMWD is seeking the supply of goods only. Installation, startup, and commissioning will be performed by a third-party and are not requested at this time.
