The 42nd Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to replace UPS and batteries due to existing equipment age and End of Life (EOL). This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (Reference-Number (F2X3C55084AC01). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, the DFARS Change 20250117, Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) Change 10/16/2024.
