NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Proposals for LCCS Cleaning Services must be received via email prior to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January

30, 2026, to JessicaBasinski@childrenservices.org and KimberlyKassam@childrenservices.org. A

mandatory on-site visit will be held Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., beginning at the Lorain

County Administration Building, 226 Middle Avenue, 3rd Floor, Elyria, Ohio 44035. Following the walk-

through at the Administration Building, a mandatory on-site visit will be held immediately thereafter at

the Lorain County Connections Center, 8025 Leavitt Rd., Amherst, Ohio 44001.

All interested parties are welcome to attend the bid opening to be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at

2:00 p.m. at Lorain County Children Services, Lorain County Administration Building, 226 Middle

Avenue, 3rd floor, Elyria, Ohio 44035.

Official bid documents and specifications can be obtained via email between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and

4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Only bids prepared on the documents

obtained from Lorain County Children Services will be accepted.

Each proposal shall contain the full name or names of persons and company submitting the proposal and

shall be emailed to JessicaBasinski@childrenservices.org and KimberlyKassam@childrenservices.org,

subject “LCCS Cleaning Services.”

Lorain County Children Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any

informalities or irregularities if it is deemed in the best interest of Lorain County to do so. Any

interpretation, correction or modification to the specifications desired shall be in writing via email to

Jessica Basinski and Kimberly Kassam and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on January 30, 2026.
