Description:

The City of Wheaton is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to design and prepare project drawings and specifications for improvements at two separate lift stations within the City of Wheaton. Both lift stations are located in the Scottdale Subdivision. The Albright Lift Station is  located at 2350 Albright Lane (see Exhibit A for additional information) and the Blacksmith Lift Station is located at 2185 Blacksmith Drive (See Exhibit B for additional information). It is the intent of the City to hire a single highly qualified consultant that can provide the following services for both lift stations:

• Project Management;

• Preliminary and Final Professional Engineering Design Services;

• Environmental Compliance and Permitting;

• Bid Assistance;

• Oversee Construction; and

• General Project Administration.
