The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking an experienced, certified, licensed, and qualified vendor to provide sludge dredging and disposal services, potentially over four (4) phases, for the lagoon at for the Bear Claw Casino & Hotel (hereinafter referred to as “BCCH) located at White Bear First Nation, SK-9, Carlyle, SK S0C 0R0. (Approx. 15 km north of Carlyle, SK.).
