COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY. The City of South St. Paul is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to complete an Employee Compensation and Classification Study. The city is looking to review current position descriptions, job classification and compensation system currently being utilized to ensure is still comparable in the market. A full copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained on City’s website under News & Highlights on the home page.
